THE X CHALLENGE - OFFICIAL RULES AND TERMS OF SERVICE

Contest Period: June 3, 2025 11:59 PM EST through June 10, 2025 11:59 PM EST

1. CONTEST OVERVIEW

The X Challenge ("Contest") consists of two separate skill-based competitions:

Challenge A: Follower Growth Competition

• Objective: Gain the most new X (formerly Twitter) followers during the Contest Period
• Prize: $100 USD

Challenge B: Post Engagement Competition

• Objective: Receive the most likes on a single post during the Contest Period
• Prize: $100 USD

Total prize pool: $200 USD (one winner per challenge)

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To participate, contestants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Have a valid X account in good standing
• Be legally able to receive monetary prizes in their jurisdiction
• Comply with all X Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Prohibited Participants:

• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Alex Aridgides
• Residents of jurisdictions where such contests are prohibited by law
• Individuals using multiple accounts, bot networks, or automated engagement tools

3. HOW TO ENTER

Challenge A (Follower Growth):

1. Repost the original contest announcement post
2. Contestant's follower count will be recorded approximately at time of repost
3. Final follower count measured approximately at contest end (June 10, 2025 11:59 PM EST)
4. Winner determined by highest net follower gain

Challenge B (Post Engagement):

1. Create and publish a post on X during the Contest Period
2. Tag @AlexAridgides in the post to register as submission
3. The right to limit the number of entries per participant is reserved
4. Winner determined by highest like count at contest end

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities result in automatic disqualification:

• Use of bots, automated tools, or artificial engagement services
• Creating or using multiple X accounts
• Purchasing followers, likes, or other engagement metrics
• Duplicate posting for additional entries
• Harassment, spam, or inappropriate content
• Any form of fraud or deceptive practices

5. WINNER SELECTION

• Winners determined by objective metrics (follower growth/post likes)
• Measurements taken approximately at contest end: June 10, 2025 11:59 PM EST
• Sponsor will verify authenticity of engagement metrics
• Winners contacted via X direct message within 48 hours
• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim prize

6. PRIZES

• Challenge A Winner: $100 USD
• Challenge B Winner: $100 USD
• Prizes awarded via PayPal, Venmo, or other agreed electronic transfer
• Winners responsible for all applicable taxes

7. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

By participating, contestants acknowledge:

• This is a skill-based contest, not a game of chance
• Sponsor has final authority on all contest matters
• All decisions regarding violations and winners are final
• Participants release Sponsor from contest-related claims
• Contest governed by applicable laws
• Rules and terms may be changed or updated at Sponsor's discretion
